2025.08.25 NYCU’s Views on International Technological Development Featured in Taiwan Journal Exchange（kouryu)

At the invitation of KOREEDA Kenichiro, Deputy Director of the Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association Kaohsiung Office, TJEO Director SAMUKAWA Seiji, Deputy Director Austin Chen, CEO YC TSENG of the NYCU International Strategy Cooperation Office for Semiconductor jointly expressed their views on Japan-Taiwan relations and international technology development. The article points out that changes in international geopolitics are accelerating the restructuring of the global technology landscape. Besides Hsinchu Science Park, Taiwan still needs to explore another city with both symbolic and strategic significance, becoming a new pivot for promoting the integration of technology and culture. Kaohsiung possesses this potential and is expected to play a key role in international technological competition and regional cooperation.

2025年８月25日　台湾情報誌『交流』に、NYCUの国際技術発展に関する見解が掲載されました｡

日本台湾交流協会高雄事務所、是枝憲一郎副所長の招きにより、台日交流推進室寒川誠二主任、陳治維副主任と、本学半導体国際戦略協力オフィスのCEO曾院介教授が、日台関係および国際技術発展に関して、台湾情報誌『交流』に見解を発表しました。文中では、国際地政学の変化が世界の技術勢力図の再編を加速していることが指摘されています。新竹サイエンスパークに加えて、台湾は象徴的かつ戦略的意義を持つ新たな都市を開拓し、技術と文化の融合を促進する新たな拠点とする必要があるとしています。高雄はこうした潜在力を有しており、国際的な技術競争と地域協力において重要な役割を果たすことが期待されています。
